Jacob Desch

Jacob Desch has extensive experience in the produce and finance sectors, currently serving as a Produce Buyer at Desch Fresh Produce since August 2010, where marketing and sales of goods for domestic and foreign growers and shippers are managed. Additionally, Jacob has been the Finance and Purchasing Manager at Medical Predictive Science Corporation since July 2013, overseeing inventory management, financial operations, and compliance for international shipments. Jacob also contributes to education as a High School Varsity Coach, achieving multiple state championships from 2017 to 2019, and as a Special Education Teacher, focusing on life skills and instructional support for special needs students. Earlier experience includes roles as an Evaluations Analyst at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency and as a Foreign Trade Assistant at Oswego Growers and Shippers. Education includes a Master’s degree in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Lynchburg.
