Oskar Skog is a highly experienced professional in the field of immunology and diabetes research. Currently serving as a Non-clinical Assessor at Läkemedelsverket since September 2022, Oskar has also held the position of Associate Professor of Experimental Clinical Immunology and Principal Research Engineer at Uppsala Universitet since November 2007. In this capacity, Oskar has led research on the etiology of type 1 diabetes, supervised multiple PhD students, and conducted preclinical studies on the interactions between Enterovirus and human pancreatic islets.
