Rosa Hooper

Rosa Hooper has an extensive work experience spanning several notable companies. Rosa currently holds the role of Senior Vice President of Operations and Assistant Secretary at Medical Properties Trust, Inc. since March 2023. Previously, they served as Vice President and Managing Director, Asset Management and Underwriting at Medical Properties Trust from February 2018 to March 2023, and as Managing Director - Asset Management and Underwriting from May 2009 to February 2018.

Before their time at Medical Properties Trust, Rosa Hooper worked as the CFO at Physicians Medical Center Carraway from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President at Healthsouth from 1992 to 2007. Their career began at St. Vincent's Hospital, where they served as the Cost and Reimbursement Manager from 1985 to 1992.

Rosa Hooper attended The University of Alabama from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
