Sphr-Ca Donna Eddings

Donna Eddings, SPHR-CA, has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in leadership roles. Donna currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Exceptional Living Centers since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at San Ysidro Health Center from March 2017 to March 2022. Before joining San Ysidro Health Center, Donna was the Director of Staffing and Training from November 2010 to March 2017. Donna also served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Open Door Community Health Centers from May 2003 to November 2010. Donna's earlier experience includes serving as the Training and Development Manager at TracFone Wireless from 2000 to 2002.

Donna Eddings, SPHR-CA holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management from National Louis University. Additionally, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2005.
