Mr. English is an accomplished financial and operational executive with extensive global business experience with manufacturing and service companies, in public, private and private equity ownership environments. In addition to his senior financial positions, he has eight years of executive level global operations responsibly for sales, engineering and multi plant manufacturing operations. He has been successful in developing a high degree of credibility with investors, boards of directors, bankers and internal management teams by providing and interpreting timely and meaningful financial information.
Mr. English has directed acquisition integrations, ERP system evaluations and implementations, global working capital reduction programs, financial reporting, debt compliance and cash management, tax planning and created international entities.
