Aurora Perla

Aurora Perla has extensive experience in the field of nutrition and quality management within healthcare settings. Currently, Aurora serves as the Quality Coordinator for JACIE and TPH Records at Hospital Universitario y Politécnico La Fe since April 2019. Concurrently, Aurora has been a Data Manager and Study Coordinator at IIS LA FE - Medical Research Institute Hospital La Fe since 2007, also leading nutrition projects for onco-hematological patients. Previously, from 1993 to 2007, Aurora worked as a Dietetic Advisor and Coordinator at Nova Diet S.A. Aurora holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Valencia and a Diploma in Dietetics and Nutrition from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia. Additionally, Aurora is pursuing further studies in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Dietotherapy at the University of Navarra.
