Rob Strauss has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rob began their career as an Outside Manager Assistant at Penn Oaks Golf Club in 2011 and then worked as a Camera Assistant at NFL Films from 2010 to 2013. Rob also served as a Golf Operations Team member at Concord Country Club from 2012 to 2013. From 2015 to 2019, Rob worked at Aetna, a CVS Health Company. Rob participated in the Financial Leadership Development Program, rotating through different roles. As an Audit Consultant in Internal Audit, they performed various stages of the internal audit process and led the redesign of internal audit's resource scheduler and project plan. As a Financial Analyst in Student Health Finance, they supported the month-end financial reporting and analysis process. In their next rotation as a Finance Associate in Consumer Marketplace Finance, they were responsible for month-end financial reporting and analysis for Affordable Care Act programs.
From 2019 to 2021, Rob joined Disney Direct-to-Consumer and International as a Senior Financial Analyst in Technology Planning. Rob managed a significant operating expense across different technology groups and collaborated with technology executives to analyze department spend and develop accurate forecasts.
Currently, Rob is working at Medical Risk Managers, Inc. Rob started as a Finance Manager in 2021 and then got promoted to Director of Finance in July 2023.
