Rachel Madrid Jackson

Rachel Madrid Jackson has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in revenue cycle management and billing. Rachel is currently serving as the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle at Medical Services of America since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Revenue Cycle Manager at Maury Regional Home Services from July 2017 to January 2020. Rachel's career began in 2007 at Community Health Systems, where they held the position of Billing Manager in the Home Care Division. In this role, they managed a team of over 40 billers, collectors, and posters, mentored and trained staff on billing processes and procedures, developed and implemented processes, and resolved software and account issues.
