Sheila Gilliard

Sheila Gilliard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical management, social work, and training within healthcare and social services. Currently serving as Clinical Manager at Medical Services of America since September 2022, Sheila oversees clinical operations to ensure compliance with regulations. Previous roles include Medical Social Worker at Providence Care LLC., where assessments of patient needs were performed, and various leadership positions at the United Way Association of South Carolina, including Director of Certification and Training and Healthy Connections Operations Manager, focusing on training program design and contract management. Sheila's early career includes roles in human services with the SC Department of Social Services and program assistance with the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
