Rachel Reynolds

Rachel Reynolds, PhD, serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Richmond, teaching a course on Innovations in Organizational Norms and Practice. Concurrently, Rachel holds multiple leadership roles at the Virginia Mental Health Access Program, including Assistant Director of Operations and State Operations Manager, focusing on program management, staff oversight, and strategic planning. Previously, Rachel worked with the Medical Society of Virginia, VCU Health, and Commonwealth Autism, where significant contributions were made to program development, communications, and care navigation for individuals with autism. Rachel's academic credentials include a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School and various certifications in nonprofit management and applied behavior analysis.
