Crystal Tavano

Crystal Tavano serves as the Director of Business Process Optimization at Medical Solutions since January 2019 and has previously held the role of Recruiter. Prior to this, Crystal managed a team as an Enrollment Manager at the University of Phoenix from June 2009 to December 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching (2015-2016) and a Master of Business Administration (2013-2014), both from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Middle Tennessee State University (2001-2005).
