Joel Tremblay

Joel joined the Medical Solutions team in 2007. In that time, he has served in various sales and leadership roles, including director of sales, vice president of sales and operations, president, and now chief operating officer. In his current role, Joel’s motivational management style and commitment to servant leadership guide the company’s Travel Nurse, Allied, MSP and Workforce Solutions sales and fulfillment teams. He also leads the Clinical, Credentialing Services, and Quality divisions. Committed to staffing quality healthcare professionals, Joel prioritizes ethical business practices and superior customer experiences. Joel earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and his MBA from Wayne State College in Nebraska.
