Sarah Rawlins is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Care & Connect Program Manager at Medical Teams International since January 2018, Sarah has played pivotal roles in humanitarian responses, including managing COVID-19 projects and previously working as a Nursing Activity Manager with Médecins Sans Frontières in South Sudan. Sarah's foundational nursing experience includes positions at Harborview Medical Center, where responsibilities ranged from acute care nursing to care coordination in critical care settings. Additionally, Sarah has contributed to educational initiatives, providing supervision and mentorship to nursing students and developing training programs. With a strong academic background, including a Master of Public Health in Global Health from the University of Washington and a Diploma in Tropical Nursing, Sarah is dedicated to advancing healthcare delivery and supporting vulnerable populations.
