Courtney Rowley

Courtney Rowley is an accomplished research administration professional with extensive experience in clinical research. Currently serving as the Director of Research Administration at the Medical University of South Carolina since April 2023, Courtney oversees clinical trials in the Department of Dermatology and leads a team of research professionals. Previous roles include Clinical Research Manager and Program Coordinator II in both the Departments of Dermatology and Transplant Surgery, where responsibilities involved managing research processes, recruiting participants, and ensuring compliance with study protocols. Courtney's background also includes experience in pulmonary and critical care clinical trials, as well as significant research roles at the Department of Neurosciences. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Health, Exercise and Sport Science from The Citadel and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston.
