Fred Borrelli

Fred Borrelli is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at the Medical University of South Carolina since April 2023, overseeing a budget of $750 million and an extensive workforce. Previously, Fred held dual roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Yale University since May 2008, where leadership focused on managing complex services and a growing labor force. Additionally, Fred served as Vice Chair of Finance and Administration at the University of Rochester Medical Center from January 2001 to May 2008. Fred Borrelli holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Medical/Health Management from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
