Jaicie Metz, MHA, is currently serving as the Patient- and Family-Centered Care Program Coordinator at the Medical University of South Carolina since November 2023. Previously, Jaicie held roles at Bishop Gadsden Episcopal Retirement Community as a CLS/Finance Admin. Coordinator and Administrative Intern from May 2022 to November 2023. Jaicie gained additional experience as a Quality Assurance Intern, Patient and Family Centered Care Intern, and Office of Humanities Intern at the Medical University of South Carolina between September 2021 and June 2022. Prior to that, Jaicie worked at Southeastern University as a Resident Assistant and Teacher Assistant from August 2019 to April 2021, and held positions in childcare and recreation leadership at Ridgway Summer Program and Ridgway Extended Care. Education includes a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the Medical University of South Carolina, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Theology from Southeastern University, and a high school diploma from Ridgway Christian School.
