Neal Osti

Neal Osti currently serves as IS Project Manager III at the Medical University of South Carolina since September 2025 and as a Youth Soccer Coach for the Mount Pleasant Recreation Department since August 2022. Previously, Neal Osti worked at Blackbaud, Inc. from August 2008 to May 2025, where roles included Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master, responsible for leading Agile processes for Blackbaud’s financial software and payment processing platform, transitioning teams to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and managing multiple Scrum teams. Neal Osti also held the position of Senior Technical Writer, producing extensive documentation and content across various products. Earlier experience includes a Communications/Public Relations Internship at MeadWestvaco, where accomplishments included organizing a notable charitable giving campaign and facilitating internal and external communications. Neal Osti earned a B.A. in Communication/Public Relations from the College of Charleston in 2008.
