Steven Walesch

Steven Walesch currently serves as the Executive Director of Enterprise Talent Acquisition at the Medical University of South Carolina since September 2025. Prior to this role, Steven held various positions including Director of Talent Acquisition at MUSC Health, Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Ochsner Health, and Director of Talent Acquisition at AdventHealth Central Florida. Steven's earlier experience encompasses roles at Florida Hospital as Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition and Manager of Applicant Service Support, as well as a lengthy tenure at Bernard Hodes Group where various vice president roles were undertaken, focusing on digital project management, client services, and creative operations. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Graphic Design from St. Cloud State University.
