Kimberly Polson

Kimberly Polson (Gabler) is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and strategic sourcing across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Rapid Response for Medically Home since April 2023, Kimberly previously held the position of Head of Global Indirect Sourcing at 3M, overseeing a $7 billion sourcing portfolio. Kimberly's career includes significant roles at Acelity, where responsibilities spanned vice president positions in strategic sourcing and finance, as well as senior director roles in financial planning and operations finance. Earlier experience at Johnson & Johnson included various managerial and analytical positions focused on financial planning and operations. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University.
