Michelle Cox

Michelle Cox has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, starting as a Clinical Nurse Manager at Memorial Health in 2007 and then moving on to Baptist Health in 2014 in the same role. Michelle then transitioned to Southeast Georgia Health System in 2016 as the Manager of Team Member Education. Most recently, they joined Medically Home in 2022 as the Director of Clinical Training.

Michelle Cox completed their Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at the College of Coastal Georgia in 2006. Michelle then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University in 2011. Michelle furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from South University in 2016. In 2017, they also obtained the Nurse Executive certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Michelle continued to enhance their skills by acquiring the Crisis Prevention Intervention Instructor certification from CPI in 2016 and the Talent Optimization Leader Certification from The Predictive Index in 2021.
