Timothy Olcott started their work experience in 2002 as a Laboratory Operations Engineer at Agencourt Biosciences, where they worked until 2004. Timothy then became an Operations Manager at Agencourt Biosciences from 2004 to 2007. In 2010, Olcott co-founded Courtagen Life Sciences, Inc., where they initially served as the Co-Founder and Director of Operations until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they held the position of Co-Founder and Vice President of Customer Success at Courtagen Life Sciences, Inc. Since 2017, Olcott has been working at Medicinal Genomics, first as the Vice President of Operations and later as the Senior Vice President of Operations.
Timothy Olcott attended The Loomis Chaffee School from 1994 to 1998, where they did not receive a degree and did not specify a field of study. Later, from 1998 to 2002, they studied at the University of Colorado Boulder, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued further education at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.
