Glenn Hammack

Glenn Hammack is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare management and health informatics. As President and CEO of NuPhysicia Incorporated since August 2007 and Founder of Medicine at Work since January 2009, Glenn has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previously, Glenn served at the University of Texas Medical Branch, holding multiple roles including Assistant Vice President and Executive Director of the Electronic Health Network, as well as Director of Health Informatics and Telemedicine from September 2000 to September 2008. Glenn's early career includes positions such as Assistant Dean for Clinical Affairs and Chief of Staff at the University of Alabama's School of Optometry and Senior Staff Optometrist at Henry Ford Health System. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Doctor of Optometry from Ferris State University.
