Natania Lemley

Natania Lemley is an experienced Emergency Medical Care professional currently serving as the Emergency Medical Care Training and Development Manager at Mediclinic since October 2018, and also holds the role of Emergency Medical Care Development Specialist with the same organization. Additionally, since October 2022, Natania has been the Chief Medical Coordinator for Motorsport SA. Natania has been involved with ER24 since January 2018, taking on roles as an ER24 Skills Development Facilitator and Paramedic. Prior experience includes serving as a Paramedic with the Western Cape Department of Health (EMS) from January 2012 to October 2018. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Medical Care from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from Lyceum College, and training as a Chief Medical Coordinator through Motorsport South Africa. Further qualifications encompass a National Diploma in Emergency Medical Care and a Certificate in Flight Deck Crew Member for EMS Operations.
