Dr. Sabeeh Ghugharia

Dr. Sabeeh Ghugharia, MCIPD, PMP, currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Mediclinic Middle East since September 2014, overseeing HR operations for the Al Ain region, which includes two hospitals and five medical centers. Responsibilities include driving the Emiratization strategy, formulating HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing recruitment for key roles, and leading organizational development initiatives. Dr. Ghugharia has extensive experience in HR analytics and system implementation, having managed HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos. Prior to Mediclinic, Dr. Ghugharia served as Chief Manager of Human Resources at Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Development from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from CMP Medical College, along with SAP HR certification from SAP Germany.
