Mohammed Umar Quraishi

Mohammed Umar Quraishi currently serves as a GP Registrar in Internal Medicine and ICU at Mediclinic Middle East since May 2021, while also functioning as the Academic Coordinator for Mediclinic Welcare Hospital, collaborating with Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences to improve the academic experience for students. In addition to this role, Quraishi has been an Academic Coordinator and Adjunct Clinical Instructor at MBRU since March 2022, teaching essential clinical skills to students. Prior experience includes working as a General Practitioner at Prime Healthcare Group LLC and various teaching roles as a Basic Life Support and First Aid Instructor. Quraishi completed a Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom in 2024 and holds a Postgraduate Degree in Diabetes from Cardiff University, along with an MBBS from RAK Medical & Health Sciences University.
