Jolanta Szwedler-Nowacka

Jolanta Szwedler-Nowacka serves as the Director of the IT Professional Services Department at Medicover Poland since November 2016, overseeing IT competencies essential for project execution across various business units and managing multiple teams, including Business and System Analysts, Quality Analysts, IT Solution Architects, and Developers. Prior to this role, Jolanta held positions at Bonair SA from January 2001 to October 2016, including Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities involved managing project portfolios, client relations, and team oversight, as well as ensuring project deliverables were met. Earlier experiences include project management roles with Bright Side IT and Nc Virtual Systems S.A., and analytical work with Waza SA. Jolanta holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Management from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and has completed leadership studies at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
