Marzena Smolinska

Marzena Smolinska is an accomplished communications and public relations expert with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the InviMed Board Advisor for Communications & PR since February 2023, and as Director of Internal Comms Platform Development at Medicover since August 2019, Marzena has successfully navigated crisis situations during the COVID-19 pandemic and managed strategic communication efforts across multiple platforms. Marzena has previously held influential roles at Bayer and INFARMA, focusing on crisis management, internal and external communications, and stakeholder engagement. An independent business owner of SM-ALL Communication from May 2019 to July 2023, Marzena provided consultancy services in public relations, market access, and corporate social responsibility. Marzena holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the Polish Academy of Sciences and a master's degree in History from the University of Warsaw.
