Katie Thomson

Katie Thomson is an experienced product lead currently working at Medicus Health since June 2025, focusing on clinical care. Prior to this role, Katie held multiple positions at Masabi from February 2020 to May 2025, including Senior Product Manager for Rider Experience, where responsibilities included leading strategy, planning, and optimizing passenger-facing user interfaces, and defining the product roadmap. Earlier positions at Masabi included Rider Applications Product Manager and Junior Product Manager. From April 2016 to August 2019, Katie worked at Transit as the Customer Support Lead, where the user support operations and business partner relations were built from the ground up.
