Alison Cohen

Alison Cohen is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and technology sectors. As the Director of Operations at Medicus Healthcare Solutions since June 2018, Alison has focused on enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Alison served as Vice President of Operations at Randstad Technologies US from 1997 to May 2018, where responsibilities included managing operations and human resources for a $1.4 billion division, implementing cloud-based software solutions, and establishing customer service teams. Earlier in their career, Alison held various recruiting and management positions within Randstad Technologies and began as a Language Arts Teacher at The Harbour School. Alison earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from The University of Rhode Island.
