Vanina Vicardi

Vanina Vicardi is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong focus on recruitment and selection, currently serving as the Employment Responsible for Human Resources Management at Medicus S.A. since October 2015. In this role, Vanina coordinates recruitment processes, conducts interviews, develops competency-based profiles, and implements strategies to attract top talent. Prior to Medicus S.A., Vanina held various positions in reputable organizations including KPMG, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes for all positions and assessment center coordination, and Llao Llao Hotel & Resort, focusing on recruitment for all organizational levels. Vanina's extensive experience spans over two decades in HR, having also worked in positions at Adecco Argentina, Deloitte, and Scotiabank, contributing to recruitment processes, performance evaluations, and personnel administration. Vanina holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad del Salvador.
