Aleksei Kozhin

Aleksei Kozhin is a clinical embryologist with extensive experience in the field of assisted reproductive technologies (ART). Currently employed at Medicus since January 2019, Aleksei performs various ART lab procedures, including IVF and ICSI. Prior to this role, Aleksei served as Chief Advisor at Мать и Дитя, focusing on standardizing ART protocols and developing staff training programs. Aleksei also has a significant background as Laboratory Manager and embryologist at Medical Center "Avicenna," where responsibilities included laboratory management, quality control, and organizing donor sperm and embryo banks. Early in the career, Aleksei worked as a Junior Researcher at the Institute of Cytology & Genetics, conducting graduate research and gaining skills in cell and tissue culture. Aleksei holds a Master of Science degree in Cell Biology and Genetics from Novosibirsk State University.
