Haji Mupakura

Haji Mupakura is a highly experienced data science professional with a strong background in big data engineering and analytics. Currently serving as Lead Data Science Engineer at Medidata Solutions since January 2021, Mupakura co-founded Rentalgrid in January 2015, a free integrated property management software that simplifies rental property management tasks. Previous roles include Senior Big Data Engineer at 84.51˚, Senior Big Data/Spark Engineer at Worldpay, and Principal Consultant at Cardinal Solutions, where Mupakura specialized in various technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Azure Machine Learning. Mupakura's extensive expertise encompasses machine learning, data streaming, time series analysis, and image processing, supported by a Master's in Public Health from Benedictine University and a strong educational foundation from the University of Zimbabwe.
