Andrea Pauly

Andrea Pauly is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in content and audience development. Currently serving as the Leitung Content Development at Mediengruppe Oberfranken since 2021, Andrea focuses on creating and optimizing products to enhance user engagement, particularly in newsletters, audio, and video formats. Previous roles include Leitung Audience Development and Head of Content, where Andrea successfully identified new audiences for a news website by integrating data and journalism. Andrea was also a Digital Journalism Fellow at HMS Hamburg Media School GmbH and has held multiple editorial positions at Schwäbische Zeitung, Nordbayerischer Kurier GmbH, and Waldeckische Landeszeitung from 2002 to 2021. Andrea's educational background includes studies at Hamburg Media School from June 2020 to July 2021.
