Dean Jephson

Dean Jephson has extensive experience in supply chain management and finance, currently serving as the Sr Director of Distribution & Transportation at Medifast, Inc. since October 2013, where previous roles included Director of Planning and Inventory and Senior Manager of Planning. Prior to Medifast, Dean worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as Plant Controller and Finance Manager from May 2010 to September 2013. Dean's career began at Black & Decker, where responsibilities included roles as Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst from February 2005 to April 2010. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland, completed in 2004.
