Francesca Warnecke (geb. Peinze)

Francesca Warnecke (geb. Peinze) has extensive work experience in the field of quality management and healthcare. Francesca is currently serving as the Head of Quality Management & ESG / Care Specialist at MEDIFOX DAN since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Podcaster Pflegefaktisch from January 2020, where they provided informative podcasts related to healthcare. From June 2019 to April 2022, Francesca worked as the Fachliche Leitung Pflege und Qualitätsmanagement, showcasing their expertise in leadership and quality management in the field of nursing. Francesca also served as the Abteilungsleitung Consulting&Training from January 2014 to June 2019, where they provided consulting services and training in healthcare. Francesca Warnecke began their career at MEDIFOX DAN as the Managing Consultant Organisations- und Fachberatung Pflege from January 2013 to December 2013, where they specialized in organizational and technical consulting in the nursing sector. Additionally, they worked as an Auditorin Qualitätsmanagement at TÜV Hessen from July 2014, demonstrating their expertise in auditing quality management systems.

Francesca Warnecke (geb. Peinze) has a diverse education history. Francesca started their education in the field of healthcare by attending Agnes Karll Schule Frankfurt from 1999 to 2002, where they became an examinierte Krankenschwester (registered nurse). Francesca furthered their studies at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2008, obtaining a Diplom Pflegewirtin (Pflegewissenschaft) degree in Pflegewissenschaft (nursing science). In 2012, they attended Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen for a brief period to become a Fachpädagogin im Gesundheitswesen (specialized educator in healthcare) with a focus on Pädagogik im Gesundheitswesen (pedagogy in healthcare). Francesca also enrolled in TÜV Süd Akademie from 2012 to 2014, where they earned the degree of Auditorin Qualitätsmanagement DIN EN ISO 9001 (auditor in quality management).
