Mario Catarinella

Mario Catarinella is an experienced professional in the field of cell biology and chemical genetics, currently serving as the Director of the TCR Discovery Platform at Medigene AG since October 2019, where responsibilities also include roles as Team Leader and Senior Scientist. Prior to this position, Mario held the title of Senior Scientist at GSK from September 2015 to September 2019 and worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at San Raffaele Scientific Institute from March 2011 to September 2015. Additionally, Mario gained experience as a Postgraduate Scientist at the University of Konstanz in early 2011. Mario completed a PhD in Cell Biology and Chemical Genetics at the University of Konstanz from 2007 to 2010, following a Master's degree in Biological Sciences from Università degli Studi di Milano, which was obtained from 1998 to 2004. Training at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry occurred from 2005 to 2007.
