Melanie Stradling started their work experience in 2014 at Medigold Health as an occupational health adviser. Melanie then became an Occupational Health Manager in May 2019. In 2017, they also worked as an occupational health adviser at Medigold Health Consultancy Limited.
Melanie Stradling attended the University of Wales Trinity Saint David from 1982 to 1984, where they studied philosophy and theology. Melanie then pursued a Bachelor's degree in occupational health at the University of Paisley.
