Sam Valanejad, MD, MFOM

Sam Valanejad, MD, MFOM has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Starting in 2010, Sam worked as a Trauma & Orthopaedic Registrar at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. In 2011, Sam moved to the Royal Surrey Hospital, Guildford, where they continued in the role of Trauma & Orthopaedic Registrar until 2012.

From 2012 to 2016, Sam worked as a Specialty Trainee in Occupational Medicine at the East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. Following this, Sam joined the Preventative Healthcare Company Ltd in 2016 as a Senior Specialty Trainee in Occupational Medicine and later transitioned into the role of Consultant Specialist in Occupational Medicine until 2017.

In 2017, Sam joined Medigold Health as a Consultant Specialist in Occupational Medicine, and worked there until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Sam joined Cordell Health Ltd, where they served as a Consultant Specialist in Occupational Medicine. Sam also took on the additional responsibility of Director of Quality from an unknown start date until 2022.

Currently, Sam is the Medical Director London/South East at Medigold Health since November 2022. Prior to this role, starting in September 2022, Sam also held the position of Regional Clinical Lead London/Kent and Consultant Specialist in Occupational Medicine at Medigold Health.
