Milos Mladenovic

Milos Mladenovic has a diverse range of work experience. Milos started their career as an intern in the Sales Department at Delta Automoto Delta Holding part in 2010. From there, they moved on to an internship in the Projects and Organization department at Findomestic BNP Paribas Group in 2012. Milos then worked as a Project Management Officer in the same department until 2014, when they became a Project Manager for a Cost Optimization Program, reporting directly to the COO.

In 2016, Milos joined KappaStar Group as a Procurement Specialist for Strategic Investment Projects, where they worked until 2017. During their time there, they were responsible for procurement related to strategic investments.

In 2017, Milos moved to Avala Ada, a member of Kappa Star Group, as a Procurement Specialist. Milos'srole focused on CAPEX and the main raw material, particularly paper.

Milos'smost recent position was as Director of Procurement at MediGroup Srbija, starting in 2017. In this role, they oversaw all procurement activities for the group, which included inpatient, outpatient, laboratory, and pharmacy services. Milos managed various investment and acquisition projects and implemented IT procurement projects and business process design projects.

Milos Mladenovic has a Master's degree in Project and Investment Management from the University of Belgrade, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Milos also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, earned from 2007 to 2011. Prior to their university education, they attended XII Belgrade High School from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Milos has several certifications, including Duolingo Spanish Fluency at an intermediate level, a Corporate insurance program certification from BNP Paribas, a Scrum Fundamental Certified accreditation from SCRUMstudy, and completion of a Lean and Six Sigma internal training program, also from BNP Paribas. Milos also holds a Certificate of English language at the C1 level.
