Laura Ford is currently the Head of Education at Medik8, where Laura provides strategic direction and specialist knowledge for the education of customers and partners globally. Prior to this role, Laura worked as a Spa Training & Education Consultant at L'Oréal for Decleor & CARITA, where Laura ensured beauty experts were trained to the highest standard.
