Jillian Zawacki has held various roles in the customer service and event management industry since 2014. Jillian began their career as a Lifeguard/Water Safety Instructor at the North Shore Aquatic Complex in 2014. In 2017, they moved on to become a Guest Service Representative at SpringHill Suites by Marriott at Seaworld. In 2018, they joined the University of Central Florida as a Facilities Specialist and Event Manager. In 2019, they took on the role of Activities Coordinator at The Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club. In 2020, they became an Executive Project Manager at Coble Health Group. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Wellvibe as a Director Of Client Services, Account Executive, and Customer Success Manager. In 2023, they were appointed as the Customer Success Director at MediKeeper, Inc.

Jillian Zawacki graduated from Saint Petersburg High School in 2015, having completed the International Baccalaureate Program. Jillian then attended the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Event Management in 2018.
