Kirsten Huneycutt

Kirsten Huneycutt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at TuMeke Ergonomics since July 2025, Kirsten previously held key roles at Medallion, including Strategic Accounts Director and Head of Customer Success, from May 2021 to October 2025. Prior to that, Kirsten was Senior Director of Account Management at Ten Spot and accumulated significant experience at PatientPop Inc. in various customer success positions from March 2016 to 2021. Kirsten began the career at ABC Legal Services, serving in multiple roles from Manager of Customer Implementation to Office Manager from January 2012 to March 2016. Kirsten holds a degree in Management with a specialization in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of South Carolina, earned between 2005 and 2009.
