Wissam Bakkal

Wissam Bakkal has over 20 years of experience in software engineering. Wissam began their career in 1998 as a Programmer for Ban Precious Factory. In 2008, they became a Software Engineer for Maniflo Inc., developing a money transfer system using ASP and a Compliance Activity Monitoring program using C# and MS SQL Server. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer for Golden Money Transfer INC, developing programs based on analysis and research in an assigned specialty area using C#, and installing and integrating the Golden Money Transfer system with different money service business systems. Wissam also worked on a Contract project developing a Check Cashing application. In 2012, they became a Sr. Software Engineer for Fun Project, developing an App. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Sr. Software Engineer for Calsense Inc., designing and developing the Command Center Online using C#, ASP. NET, ADS Server, jQuery and JavaScript, and creating custom dashboards to communicate with remote watering controllers in real-time. Currently, they are a Sr. Software Engineer for MediKeeper, Inc., working on applications that design customizable portals, and responsible for developing the new Wellness Challenges Feature.

Wissam Bakkal received a B Sc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Technology in 2003.
