Eric Prendergast

Eric Prendergast, Ph.D., serves as the Head of Conversational AI at Mediktor since July 2024, where responsibilities include defining and executing the roadmap for conversational products and optimizing patient journeys. Prior experience includes leading the conversational AI team at Sensely from January 2021 to August 2024, focusing on creating engaging virtual assistant experiences and developing NLP and machine learning models. Eric has held various roles in linguistic data analysis and curriculum design at companies such as NoRedInk, IXL Learning, and Proficia. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by a Master's degree from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago.
