Mitch Kempker

Mitch Kempker currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc., a position held since February 2024. Previously, Mitch held various roles at Elixir, including Vice President of Value Assurance, where a transformation of PBM operations led to over $25 million in additional EBITDA, and Deputy General Counsel, managing the legal team and serving on the Senior Leadership Team of Rite Aid. Prior experience includes Vice President & Associate General Counsel at MedTrakRx and VP Operations & General Counsel at Dentons, where a focus on complex corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions was maintained. Mitch started the legal career as an attorney at Dunn & Davison, LLC, and Armstrong Teasdale LLP after earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking from the same university.
