David Latham

David Latham has extensive legal and corporate governance experience, currently serving as Vice President, Secretary, and In-House Legal Advisor at Medinah Country Club since October 2014, in addition to being a Board Member. Latham is also Corporate Counsel at Federal Signal Corporation since June 2022. Previously, Latham owned Latham Law Offices, where services included litigation, from May 1997 to June 2022, and worked as an attorney in commercial litigation at Altheimer & Gray from September 1988 to May 1997. Latham earned a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (1988) and a BS in Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois (1985).
