Ian Lutz

Ian Lutz is currently a Caddie at Medinah Country Club, where certification was earned and members receive tailored insights based on course knowledge and player ability. At TIAA, Ian has served as both a Digital and Client Experience Intern, improving client satisfaction through analysis of the client journey and making strategic recommendations. Ian also works as a Crew Member at McDonald's, focusing on providing empathetic customer service. Prior experience includes roles at HIVE Diversity as an Insider and Product Management Intern, emphasizing community engagement, user experience, and data analysis. Ian is pursuing a degree in Integrated Business and Engineering at Purdue University, expected to graduate in December 2025.
