Jess Sockalingum-Woodun

Jess Sockalingum-Woodun is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and HR leadership. Currently serving as a People Advisor-Talent Management and HR Manager at Medine Group since October 2022, Jess previously held the position of HR Manager at LUX* Le Morne from March 2017 to October 2022 and at Club Med from October 2010 to February 2017. Responsibilities throughout these roles included maintaining staff health schemes, managing performance systems, processing expatriate salaries, and addressing industrial relations issues. Earlier experience includes HR Service Lead at Multiconsult Ltd and HR Consultant at De Chazal Du Mée LTD. Jess holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Surrey and a BA in Business and Communication from the University of Buckingham.
