Alessandro Vagnucci

Alessandro Vagnucci has over 20 years of work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Alessandro is currently the Private Banking Managing Director & Deputy Head at Mediobanca, where they lead a team of over 50 Private Bankers and is responsible for HNWI customers. Prior to Mediobanca, Alessandro served as the Managing Director - Head of Business Development, Marketing and Sales at Banca Esperia, overseeing strategic planning, product development, and marketing. Alessandro also worked at The Boston Consulting Group as a Principal in the Financial Services Practice Area, where they conducted projects for leading banking groups and worked on M&A, post-merger integrations, and business development engagements. Early in their career, Alessandro gained experience at Accenture as a Senior Manager, focusing on banking and financial services and leading various projects related to turnarounds, business plans, startups, and marketing strategies.

Alessandro Vagnucci completed their Master's degree in Economics and Business Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore between 1992 and 1997.
