Andrei Mariani

Andrei Mariani is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in trading and risk management, currently serving as a Senior Fx Options Trader at Mediobanca London since November 2013. In this role, Andrei oversees the Mediobanca Fx business, including option trading and market-making platform setup, while collaborating on pricing systems with quantitative analysts. Prior to this position, Andrei worked at Banca IMI for nearly eight years, specializing in Agricultural and Soft Commodities trading, as well as managing cross commodity options and FX options trading. Other notable experiences include roles at Unicredit, Merrill Lynch, Caboto Bank, and ING Bank. Andrei holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Università Bocconi and a Graduate Diploma in Mathematics from Birkbeck, completed between 2016 and 2018.
